Description: Original early World War Two British made Royal Air Force anti gas hood. To be worn over the FS cap or under the steel helmet. Clearly marked Air Ministry A.M. 1939. Complete but with storage marks and some holes, typically it has dried but is still flexible. A very rare survivor and not to be confused with common Canadian hoods and helmet covers.
