Description: This was the non-fiction fantasy & science fiction magazine of the late 1970s and 1980s. Later titled FANTASY REVIEW, it ran more than 100 issues and reading it now it is an important historical artifact as it covered the best in the field with not only important interviews, but articles contributed by such luminaries as Fritz Leiber and Karl Edward Wagner. But the earliest issues just had news, with the columns and interviews beginning with issue #20, which was the first real magazine format issue. Beginning with #20 the publication became half news items and half articles, columns and interviews. FANTASY NEWSLETTER #20 (January 1980) 8 ½ x 11, 32 pages. Excellent condition.
