Since this CD was bought from a DJ the CD, booklet, and inserts is in a plastic sleeve there is NO Jewel Case. The booklet has indentations from the jewel case tabs. The inserts were cut to fit into the plastic sleeve, plastic sleeve may have staining, the inserts may be folded, have scuff marks, creases from use see photos. The highest Bidder pays Shipping & Handling with Delivery Confirmation through the US Postal Service. Sorry no FED EX, UPS, or Home Pick Ups.
