The reverse side of the Penny has " FIJI " above the center hole , date separated by the center hole and " PENNY " below the center hole. An authentic WW2 issue, the 1942 and 1943 coins for this Crown Colony mint was located in San Francisco, Ca, therefore bears a mint stamp, "s" located on the reverse side of the coins. For the Penny mint stamp is located above the first "N" in Penny, below the center hole, and the Halfpenny mint stamp is located below the letters "I and J" in FIJI and the edge of coin.
