Description: I am offering for sale this clean Fine Stanley Bailey No 6 Type 18 Planes Ca. 1946-1947 Woodworking Plane Inv#JG20 This is a Ca. 1946-47 Stanley Bailey No 6 Type 18 Woodworking Bench Plane. It is very clean condition for its age. The japanning is in good condition with only minor chipping for age. The plane measures approximately 18" L x 3" W. The cutter has a notched Stanley logo Made in USA, it measures: 7-3/4" x 2-3/8". It weighs 6.12 lbs. I always suggest sharpening for optimal use. Rosewood tote and knob are in fine used condition, no cracks or repairs. It is ready to go to work for you. “Photos are an integral part of this item's description.
