Description: Very rare and old antique small suite previously owned by Manly P Hall. Dragon lost its leg on the right side. The carving is very intricate and the colors still bright. I have taken great care of it. Periodically a suitable and gentle wood polish has been used to preserve it. The warrior standings over the dragon and would have some kind of whip, spear or knife to destroy the dragon. The warrior has a demon or a face coming out of his stomach is the warrior’s “Chi” energy. The statue can be removed from the base. The vase is something l added because it seemed to go with it. The stamp on the bottom of the vase from age adhered itself to the stand. It is not old like warrior and dragon. The miniature wood vase is Myrtle wood. A very rare piece to add to your collection from Mr. Hall’s personal collection. I met Mr Hall all those years ago in the late 1980’s. My best friend was like a son to Mr. Hall. He began giving seminars at the Philosophical Research Society. His name was and still is Ron Hogart. I don’t remember what Mr. Hall said to me if anything because l was so overwhelmed In his presence. His eye just went through me. I was very young then but he was like an Angel here on earth. He had a full head of white wavy head then. His eyes l will never forget. They burn themselves into you. They were Granny Apple Green with very large and black Irises. I have never seen such eyes since. I bought this group from the Philosophical Research Society shortly after my visit with him. I wish l had been older and more sophisticated to carry on a conversation with him. It is dated from the 1700’s or earlier according to the label as it was under glass.
