Fi'zi:k Artica R5 Winter Road Cycling Shoe

Description: I bought these Fi'zi:k Artica R5 Winter Road Cycling Shoes from Competitive Cyclist to ride in the cold and wet during my rides in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. I thought I was going to get a lot of use out of them, but I ended up using my gravel bike for outdoor Winter trainiing much more than my road bike over the last few seasons. Since this pair of shoes is not seeing much use, I thought it would be best to list them and get them into the hands of someone who will put them to good use. I took very good care of these shoes during their time with me. They were used for 6 short rides in cold, but not wet road conditions in 28-34F temps. The liner is super warm and kept my toes super comfortable. Also, the insoles come foil backed from the factory to keep the cold at bay across the bottom of your foot. Fi'zi:k deviates a bit from their standard shoe sizing with their Winter shoes to ensure you can wear extra socks. I was able to wear a liner sock, a merino sock, and a pair of DeFeet Woolie Boolies in these shoes (all at the same time) and they fit my feet very comfortably.
