The chair is built from two old chairs to reuse the woodcarvings. The wood has been cleaned and sanded and then painstakingly hand-painted in the colors of the embroidery. The paint has been varnished for a long-lasting result. For a smashing finishing touch, it has striped double piping to separate the fabric from the wood. Almost all materials including the chair itself are vintage, making it a piece that is impossible to make exactly the same for a second time, a one-of-a-kind statement furniture piece.This vanity chair would look great anywhere in your bedroom, and can then be used as both a clothes valet and vanity chair.
