Shubert Theatre in Chicago, Illinois. (The Original Broadway production opened November 16th, 1959 at New York's Lunt-Fontanne Theatre, moved to the Mark Hellinger Theatre on November 6th, 1962 and ran for 1433 performances while simultaneously playing on the road.) .....
