Description: WOW! Lovely Victorian era Flowers and buds in high relief ladies hand mirror. Very detailed on the front and back. Dates from the turn-of-the century. No makers marks. Heavy silverplate with beveled glass mirror. No monogram. Measures 10.5" long x 6" across from mirror side to side. Much used! Mirror silvering has some small spots of loss and some faint shadowing. Glass surface is not badly scratched or worn. Glass is not chipped or cracked. Mirror is slightly loose in the frame~starting to come out of the frame near the handle edge. There is a faint rattle of something inside the mirror~a small bit of old cement? The silver is very worn and you can see the dark metal underneath. Handle is hollow and looks oh'so slightly dented or flattened~most where the handle meets the mirror edge (see last 2 photos). Super clean!
