If the order is over 100 pounds we will ship on a trucking line strapped to a pallet and shrink wrapped for safety of your order. Please allow 7 to 10 days to arrive. Items under 100 pounds will be sent UPS or Fed Ex please allow 5 days to arrive. It is our company and the trucking company’s policy to tell you to allow 7 to 10 days for delivery, but in most cases it will arrive sooner. In the unlikely event your shipment is late contact our office and we will provide you tracking information. If your shipment is going to a business address, a semi truck has to be able to gain access to the business and it can not be in a residential area. If your shipment is going to the trucking company distribution center, they will call you when shipment arrives. Your system in most cases will fit in a small pickup truck, SUV or van. If your shipment is going to a residential address, it is vital that you are present when shipment arrives. The Trucking Company will call you before delivery.
