Description: Up for sale is a nearly new guide to "The Forbidden City," the Palace Museum within the Beijing municipality in the Peoples Republic of China. I got it during a business trip about 10 years ago when we were "treated" to a number of sites in and near the capital city. The guide is written in Chinese characters with English translations. The site is a United Nations World Heritage Site and a good deal of the money for the restoration of the area was provided by the American Express Foundation. The guide has 26 pages. It has a few small wrinkles since it is a soft-covered publication. I will ship it with a "stiffener" to protect it from the postal people.
