But I will replace any cracked or broken jewel cases prior to shipping within the USA and I pack well to try to thwart the gorillas in the postal system. However, sometimes the gorillas win, so jewel cases are not guaranteed since they can be easily replaced by you if broken during shipment. Shipping to foreign countries is extremely expensive, sorry about our extortionate US postal rates. It would be even more expensive if cases were sent, so items to foreign countries will be sent well packed but without cases. It will be far cheaper for foreign customers to get blank replacement cases in their own country. 2. Items within the USA are sent USPS Media Mail with delivery confirmation within the USA within 48 hours after being paid for. This type of shipping saves you money, but it can take up to a couple of weeks or even more for remote locations. You can track shipments with the clickable tracking number given. (Don’t be alarmed if you see that your package is in Pittsburgh, PA even if you live nowhere near there.
