Similar in composition to their Fr. 314 counterparts, the Fr. 313 also features the signatures of Rosecrans and Hyatt, but for one key difference easy to overlook upon a cursory glance. The presence of a large peach-red spiked Treasury Seal to the left of Manning's portrait, indicates that this comes from the initial printing of this type. Track & Price records a total of 17 notes, of which 3 are impounded in institutional collections likely forever away from the hands of appreciative collectors.
