Description: Offered here is a vintage, 16"x 20" limited edition action photograph of Joe Tinker of the Chicago Cubs taken by famed photographer Francis P. Burke. The year the photo was taken in a 1909 game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Megacards was able to purchase the original glass negative for this photo and many others from the Francis P. Burke estate. It was originally planned to produce up to 975 Original photographs from this negative. Although this photo is serial numbered 32 of 975, most of the anticipated 975 photographs were never produced. In fact, not many over 32 were ever produced! I bought the #32 because it was my favorite number, not because it was next in line. There is great documentation here including a numbered certificate of authenticity signed by Megacards President, Stephan R. Juskewcyz. The photo will be shipped flat via Priority Mail. Enjoy.
