This copy is one of 1000 copies printed specially for Blackwell North America, Inc. to use as New Year's gifts for 1988. Condition is very nice. There are no bookplates, ink names, pen/pencil notations, or similar flaws. The book appears to have been issued without a dust jacket -- this copy has been protected by a mylar covering (not shown in photos).
