(Item was not in the general living area, but stored in the attic). We don't find any offensive smell, other than an "old book" scent, but that's just our opinion - please buy/bid accordingly and be mindful of this if you have allergies. SHIPPING: It's not uncommon for us to ship the same day of payment. We live fairly close to the post-office, and we are on eBay almost on a daily basis outside of holidays. At the most, your item will be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours of us receiving your payment. Item will be shipped as described and will be carefully packaged (check out our feedback).
