Description: Georges Briard MCM Pear Apple Orange Round 14" Mosaic Tile Platter. A very nice example of MCM design. The mosaic tiles are mostly white but a few orange tiles complement the central glass medallion. The central glass has a design of pears and apples in orange and gold. Here is the signature Georges Briard. This glass medallion does have a few surface scratches. I've tried to take photos of them. The tiles are held in a brass-colored metal plate. You can see more significant scratches on the bottom ( see photos). Overall this is a lovely platter for use or display. Thank you for viewing.
