Very Nice Gaudy Welsh Serving Plate. This is the Floret Pattern which features pink flowers and leaves on a white ground. It has a flow blue band with copper luster accents. The rim is scalloped and there is embossed scrollwork at the handles. This measures 9 3/8" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Plate.
