Description: Please read this description closely. I obtained this item in an estate sale from a person who had very likely worked in this line of work. This thermostat looks new in its original box. It still has the original insert and directions and the thermostat itself looks in fantastic condition. The box itself has one torn off flap, and the box shows its age. The thermostat even has the little packet of screws with it. Regardless, it is being sold untested for less than what I would price it because I don’t really have a way to test it.
