Item is tested and works on all settings. Bonnet itself tidy as seen in pics. It does have a small amount of discoloring from the hose please view pictures. Case has a couple small marks as seen in pics. You might be able to get it out yourself. I see a tiny bit of rust on the locks - please see pictures. The actual blowing unit does have melt marks from the hose laying on it for a very long time. The filter looks really good. Ship within the continental United states.
