Obverse: IMP C VAL LICIN LICINIVS P F AVG, Radiate and cuirassed bust right.Reverse: IOVI CONS-ERVATORI AVGG, Jupiter standing facing, head left, chlamys hanging from left shoulder, holding tall sceptre in left hand behind, holding victory on globe who crowns him with a wreath in right hand in front. At his feet on the left, eagle left, head turned right, holding a wreath. On the right, a bound, seated captive facing outwards.
