Track 3 Inspired by an arrangement by guitarist [a590330], from his album [m=1395541], on [l34248] Records, 6.23413 (German Import). Track 4 Inspired by [a258298]. Track 5 A nineteenth century Ukrainian carol. Track 6, Part One: Snow 1:51 Part Two: Midnight 1:56 Part Three: Minstrels 2:00 Minstrels was inspired by St. Basil's Hymn, a traditional Greek Children's New Year's carol based upon a rendition by [a590347], from his album with [a729001], [m=454971], on [l94384] Records, (FF-266). Track 9 Composed circa 1699, the Kanon may have originated as a solo pipe organ piece. Track 10 An eighteenth century English carol based upon an earlier French carol. Track 11 Composed in 1951 by jazz trumpeter [a1068604] (1921 - 1954). Some Children See Him was one of fifteen carols written tp print on personal cards to family friends. The lyrics by [a1375364] express children's natural unconditional love.
