Description: NO OFFENSIVE SYMBOLS Super rare German SS officer's bayonet portapee sword knot in need of restoration. Overall good uncleaned condition except for the strap being detached. Please examine pictures for complete condition. There's some slightly dirty spots around the top but looks good overall especially when the light reflects off the silver bullion. I originally planned on sewing the strap back on. The shorter end has just enough to reattach with a few stitches and be hidden under the slider ball, but I couldn't decide if I should cut the other piece down and hide both repairs. I couldn't bring myself to trim it so I am listimg this for sale now as is for a very reasonable price. If I find the time I will repair it and sell it for a higher price.
