Bubbles are open trough the side and has paint scuffs on the inside of the figure bubble (generated by the figure inside). Figure inside is complete and has his gun in his hand. You can see minor surface wear and dirt on the front and back. Some veining is present too. Above the GI Joe logo there seems to be sticky area where a price tag or sticker used to be. There is border wear and some light scuffing all around. You can see some general surface wear/staining/dirt on front and back of the card. Peg hole on the back shows a small tear.The bubbles are opened trough the side. You can see some scratches/scuffs on the bubbles as well. Please judge condition for yourself.
