Description: Amazingly Rare Gibson 4 string Banjo used on the Queen Mary Ship. One of only 4 ever used for the maiden voyage! Part of a Banjo Quartet on board the ship. My Dad has had it since the 1960’s. It was rarely played once it was in his possession. Everything is original along with the case, except we believe the skin and neck may have been replaced.
