Description: Very unusual concert programme featuring music by Gilbert & Sullivan on East Surrey Rec, Cricket Match programme from around 1890-1900. The Yeoman of the Guard (overture) and The Grand Duke (Selection) - both by Gilbert & Sullivan, included in programme which also features Tannhauser by Wagner and music by Edward German from Henry VIII. There is a printed emblem for East Surrey Rec. (Recreation Ground?) at the top of the programme and a hand written annotation to the top in pencil - contemporaneous to the programme - Cricket Match July 8th, Woking. This programme measures 7" x 5" and is stuck to a slightly larger card, which has another theatre programme stuck to it, alongside. See photos for condition.
