Beside him an exhausted, fat, elderly physician sits sleeping in a chair, his tongue protruding from between his lips, his hands in his pockets, and his gold topped cane propped against the bedhead. An astonished undertaker peers through the door, evidently which man is the corpse, while Death holding his Dart, peers through the lattice window.
