Description: This coin was dug up with the aid of a metal detector in the coastal area of Virginia near Williamsburg a few years ago. It was found near several non-regal coins, and it appears to be regal. This coin is Dated 1773 and has had some damage and light bending. The coin weighs 9.20 grams and appears to be regal, but might be an evasion coin that has a good weight. Either way it is neat to hold a piece of colonial history in my hand. Free US shipping.
