Description: You are bidding on a group of 14 mint coil pairs from the USA's 1939 Presidential (i.e., Prexy) issue and the Liberty Issue of the 1950's. The 8 pairs from the Prexy series (first photo) are mint, lightly hinged (MLH). Two of the 8 coil pairs are joint line pairs: the 2 cent value and one of the 3 cent values. The 6 pairs from the Liberty series (second photo) are mint, never hinged (MNH). Three of the 6 coil pairs are joint line pairs (Scott #'s 1054, 1055, 1058) While I am not a stamp dealer I am a stamp collector and member of APS for over 40 years. Trying to winnow my collection a bit. All 14 pairs are completely sound with no thins or tears or gum disturbance. No perf separations. In my estimation, centering is Very Fine or better as perforations and edges are well clear of the design on all sides. Nice items. Please see the two photos.
