These internal shock spacers (aka limiters), allow you to shorten the length of available stroke on your shocks for customized ride height and handling characteristics. This is particularly useful in oval and on-road style racing where you do not need the massive up-travel from the stock shocks. These will lower the car.For example, running enough spacers to essentially lower the rear arms to sit level with the ground, would be great starting point for oval/road racing.
