Description: Haeger Tulip Top 4040 Vase Mottled Blue Lava Glaze Vintage We have a vintage Haeger pottery vase in the tulip top 4040 style. It is a mottled blue, from the 1960's, and some call this style lava glaze. It measures about 9" tall and is about 3.5" in diameter. I will try to show any "flaws" on this item. There are a couple spots where the raised glaze has rubbed off just a bit. There are also a couple glaze skips or chips (not sure) on the bottom of the vase. Made in the United States.
