This is a collection of very rare prints; the originals were painted by Haitian artist Alix Baptiste as a work for hire, copy-written and commissioned by a private collector for a project 30 years ago. The collection consists of primitive and vibrant prints of 4 original paintings that were replicated on high quality paper with a high gloss finish* and were sold at Z Galleries and other fine art establishments. Only a limited amount of these beautiful works of art had been sold due to the private collector’s move to California. Unfortunately, these prints were misplaced in the collector’s new warehouse and weren’t found until recently.
