Hanging Radiometers are tricky thing because they may never turn inside the house because there’s not enough “lumen”, brightness to turn it indoors, unless you hang it above a lamp or outdoor. So, I am selling these hanging type radiometers for a “decorative glass ornament” price. For a “stand up” type radiometers, I usually I test it to make sure it turns under a 100W bulb lamp but I am not pre-testing these at any place!!! So, please don’t complain to me that it does not turn. It does not turn because it may be defective or it's not getting enough light.
