Description: This piece I keep locked away in a box in our shed. It belonged to a warlock that disappeared. This was part of his collection acquired by a friend and auctioned off. For some odd reason my husband bid on it and won. He said something overtook him. When he brought it home all of our cats moved quickly to the Eastside of our home...where the light dispels evil. Three nights later something came to him in his sleep, it was of guidance and protection...it told my husband the creature required coin offerings every full moon. So we have since been throwing small change coins in the box each full moon and all seems calm. Currency, we have learned, is traded by nighthags among lower planar beings and used as food by liches and demonlords. There is so much mystery surrounding this piece.
