Description: Here we have a Montgomery & Wards HAWTHORNE Bicycle Badge Emblem. This design was used in the mid 1940's through the early 1950's. This version was acid etched in aluminum. Nostalgic Reflections has also made a few of these badges in Nickel, and also the screen printed version. They are priced differently. Contact the seller, or look at our other listings. This sale is for the acid etched version etched in aluminum. The screen printed version of this badge has slightly different art work, than the etched version, that was used in the 1950s & 1960s, and has top & bottom mounting holes. The screen printed version is a bit wider; and has the mounting holes from side to side and is a different color. Check our other listings for the screen printed, or Nickel version.
