They will generally offer an acceptance scan to notify that a shipment is on the way, then they give a general window of delivery. If a card shows "delivery" and has not shown up yet, 99.9% of the time it shows up within the next 2 days. Shipping on larger orders will be bumped up to ground advantage with safe packaging. Most sports cards are listed in Excellent condition. They may arrive in perfect condition, or they may have a factory flaw or even a very small ding on a corner or edge. Pokemon and Magic cards are listed according to TCGPlayer standards which is widely used in the TCG world. For example LP could mean light whitening or surface flaws, while HP by default means heavy wear such as a bend, crease, heavier flaws across the card.
