From birth up to the 12th month, this product is intended to be used as part of a mixed diet of bottle feeds and weaning. HiPP Comfort is specially formulated with organic skim milk that has been broken down - through a process called hydrolyzation - into its simplest molecular form. This process removes complex milk casein proteins leaving behind only a smaller and more digestible hydrolyzed whey protein that is low in allergens. This hydrolyzed whey protein in addition to a reduced lactose content has been proven to reduce gastrointestinal symptoms and crying in babies. This baby formula is not expired – the expiration date is 07/25/2025. Preparation 1. Make sure to boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40°-50° C* / 104°-122° F*. 2. Pour the desired amount of boiled water (see table) into a bottle. 3. Fill the measuring spoon and level the powder on the spoon. Add the advised amount of anti-reflux milk formula powder to the bottle. 4. Close the bottle and shake thoroughly. 5. After preparation, put it aside for 7 minutes to thicken. Briefly shake once again, and check for the correct serving temperature of approx. 37° C / 98.6° F.
