This book covers the history up to the time of publication and includes lists of major donors, surgical fellows trained by Callahan, physician residents who graduated from the ophthalmology program and indices of organizations and of people. This copy is signed by Callahan and inscribed 1 February 1990 to Ronald "Vinic" [actuall spelling is Vinik], then a professor of anesthesiology at UAB. The copy is in very good condition.
