Description: HO Scale 40 Foot Three Phase Down-line Regulator Assembly Kit by Showcase MiniaturesIts purpose is to regulate the preset voltage on lines far from the substation or on lines with a heavy load.The natural poles in this kit come already painted depicting weather-stained, pressure treated wood. The other parts are cast in metal "just like the prototype" and ready to be painted. The kit comes with everything that you see in the picture, including the wires needed to make this look like the real thing. Detailed instructions are included. We recommend Duro Brand CA (super) glue as well as extra Power Pole sets, both of which are sold in our store. The last picture in the group of pictures is the prototype that inspired this product and is located in south Alabama. Heavy power for your railroad industrial area is often an over looked yet significant part of a railroad scene. Locate some of these where you have a round house or engine house.
