Description: Brand new dance costume, faux sequin dress in red with attached silver faux sequin collar. The hem sticks out like a bell when you thread the included tubing into the hem, The little bells are included on ribbon. HAT IS NOT INCLUDED. You have to put the hoop into the hem of the dress, the photo I show with everything laid out is how you will receive it. There is a opening in the hem at one of the seams, you put the hoop through and then stick it into the coupling at the other end. I have some of the hats but not enough to include one with each costume so they will be listed separately.
