I was told by the woman I purchased this from that this textile came from the Kodak Eastman house in Buffalo, NY. Purchased at auction! ~*~ They certainly had good taste~ This cloth is most likely made of Irish linen. It is the most beautiful, Antique / vintage tablecloth dating c1920-1930 ~ All handmade ~ this cloth would have taken an extraordinary amount of time to make!!! The body is a very very finely woven linen and the lace feels to me to be a linen and cotton blend ~ this tablecloth is so special, ideal for wedding, Christmas , thanksgiving or any elegant occasion~! This is a beautiful natural, pale Ecru tone ~ ( for some matching napkins etc please search my store for the word Holiday and you will see some appear! ) MEASUREMENTS : This wonderful textile measures approximately 66 inches by 100 inches CONDITION: ~This cloth feels to me to have been laundered recently! ~ It is in extraordinarily wonderful condition ~ perhaps never even used!!!
