I have run across this set of number before and the nearest I have been able to relate it is a Holley 1850-1 or 2 Universal application carburetor. This item has been surface-cleaned and all passages appear clean. Still needs carburetor cleaner spray / soak. INCLUDES: idle mixture needles, jets, power valve (although old) and a side brass vacuum line fitting. I have extra parts for Holley 1850 series carburetors, just ask I can see if I have what you need.
