Description: You are bidding on a Homer Simpson from The Simpsons D'OH-NUTS SANTA 8ft. AirBlown Inflatable gtom 2004 with an issue. Includes all original parts: stakes, tie-down cords, instructions, etc. We bought this new from K-Mart in 2004 and only used it for a couple of holiday seasons. In the interim we kept it in the carton in o0ur basement. We're moving so we decided to sell him, but when we inflated Homer, we sadly discovered that although he inflates and the lights work, his head sags so he must have had one too many Duff beers! See the photo in which I'm holding him up by the D rings under his arms. I don't know anything about inflatables, but the fan seems to be running as strong as ever and it's super-clean as is the fabric. Also, last night I inflated him inside in the dark and inspected for any sign of leaks, but I couldn't find any. And the fabric looks great, so I'm as flummoxed as Homer tends to be! I'm confident that if you found a way to attach a clip with some string to the top of his hat and you had a way to attach that to a pole or to the ceiling of your front porch, that would to the trick because, as you can see, his head inflates nicely.
