This is a strong Steel frame Made in England Has been cleaned and further improved since all pictures. TO my best estimation, this is all original except for tires/tubes? All parts move well, all functions work well. The movents are fine by common standards, but if you plan on riding often/long distances, grease (and while youre at it-balls) should be changed. This bike was blessed with great adjustments that have lasted through the decades, and which bear the fruit here in 2019 of relative good internal health(in my best estimation!) There does exist cracked up seat cover(vinyl-plastic?) though it is structurally strong, i can throw in a basic cover at your request. A pedal has one rubber part chewed up still holds foot well There are numberous scrapes, scratches, rusty spots. BUt there are no dings/dents, no structural damage of frameset, and nothing debilitating, just cosmetic wear and surface rust/rust scars. I spent 2 hours, and will spend more time, carefully cleaning( i do NOT use steel wool, i use non abrasive pads, cotton cloth, water, mild chain oil, soap, minimal amount of brass wool) I may also use renaissance wax or sc johnson paste wax after i have cleaned and let dry. I think this helps protect from casual moisture and also can easily be reversed by you should you decide to do any refinishing. ON MOST BIKES i sell, i put New grade 25 balls in wheels and bottom bracket. HOWEVER, on older/collectible/high end bikes i only do so at new owners request. THis HUffy is older and collectible, and the Bottom Bracket /REar Hub is a bit of a task, but i can/will do it IFF requested to by telephone. These bikes are not plastic kick knacks from amazon, they take time to prepare, properly pack, and is costs you and me a lot of money to send back and forth, so best to avoid misunderstandings.
