It can be used on energized and de-energized systems as well as 3-Phase systems carrying up to 480 V AC/DC (50 and 60 HZ). The receiver has a backlit display that can be illuminated when working in poor or zero lighting conditions and a mute button for operating in noise sensitive areas. The Transmitter has a magnetic/hook strap clip for hands free use in panels and areas where the transmitter requires suspended connections to conductors (strap sold separately). It also has an integrated kick stand allowing it to be set up on flat surfaces for easier viewing of the indications. The Receiver and Transmitter have an industrial grade over molding that enhances grip and drop protection.
