The address on the instruction sheet says “Rochester 3, NY”. Since it is from the time before zip codes, that dates it from around 1960 or earlier. I wasn’t able to find any reference to the company on the web. It is a double sided indicator, with the scale and pointer protected by a bezel. Unlike many indicators from that era, this one does not have (or need) a reversing switch to reverse the action. Whether you are working top down or bottom up, it works both ways automatically. Nice. It works properly and comes with everything you see, including the original instruction sheet. The indicator pointer moves freely on both sides without any binding.
