It has the Tie Dye theme and is a Crucial Catch Intercept Cancer Model. The only negative I wanted to point out is there is 3 initials written on the under brim right next to the forehead band. I included pictures above and I did treat it and it did fade considerably, but it is still there. I know most won't care, since most will never see it, but make sure you are cool with it before buying. Other than that, this looks great and like it was only worn lightly.
