Infinity's incredibly small DSP4425 four-channel amplifier and processor will do both, providing four channels of 25 watts RMS (more than twice the power of a typical factory radio) while sculpting the sound with powerful tuning software using your Windows PC. Connecting to the whole system Infinity designed the DSP4425 to take the signals meant for your vehicle's front and rear speakers, process those signals to create four finely-tuned and powered outputs, and then send them on to your speakers. You can also use this DSP/amp to power front tweeters and midrange drivers, if you're building a front-stage-only sound system. Bass expansion The DSP4425 features a pair of full-range preamp outputs, channels 5 and 6, that can be used to send signals to a subwoofer amp's inputs. An optional remote control works with these channels serving as a bass level controller. Tuning Every powered channel features 31-band EQ, switchable from parametric to graphic; completely variable high-, low-, and band-pass filters with selectable slopes; time delay, up to 12ms in 0.2ms increments; 0/180° phase adjustment; plus a lot more.
