Description: This is the rare and discontinued "Double Globe" livery flown by TWA from the late 50's to 1974. This model is limited to 240 pieces and is sold out and discontinued. I acquired this model about 10 years ago and never displayed it. It has been stored in an climate controlled home in California since new. This is a high quality die cast model with authentic printed graphics, antennas beacons etc. The scale is 1/200 and the plane is about 8 1/2"L X 7"W. Both the plane and box look factory new. The brightwork and chrome on the plane are still bright and have not tarnished or deteriorated in any way. The plane is very new and unused. A very scarve model.
